Treat yourself to a lavish Festive Afternoon Tea featuring an array of assorted sandwiches, plain and fruit scones accompanied with strawberry and raspberry jam, and rich clotted cream. Delight in festive cakes and pastries that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Watch the City of Canterbury wander by as you unwind with a warm mulled wine to complete your festive experience.

Wreath-Making Masterclass & Afternoon Tea

Join us for a captivating Wreath-making Masterclass, where you'll discover the art of crafting a breathtaking Christmas wreath to display in your home. Begin your journey with a warm welcome, plus tea and coffee. Learn the secrets of wreath-making as our expert guides you through how to craft a stunning wreath from scratch. The event concludes with an indulgent Festive Afternoon Tea.

Festive Parties

Thursday, Friday and Saturday Evenings from 23rd November - 22nd December.

7 pm - Midnight

Get the party started with a glass of bubbles on arrival while you soak in the festive atmosphere in the historic County Room. Savour three superb courses before dancing until midnight with our resident DJ.

The festive parties are available to mixed groups or can be booked as private events. A deposit of £10 pp is required at the time of booking, and full payment is required six weeks prior to the event.

Christmas Day Lunch

Experience the epitome of a stress-free celebration as our dedicated team pampers you in our relaxed restaurant setting of the Brasserie Abode. Begin with a Champagne reception and tantalising canapés, leading into our exquisite five-course menu where no cleaning up is required!

New Year's Eve Party

The evening begins with a Champagne and canapé reception, setting the tone for an exquisite four-course dinner, accompanied by live piano music.
